摘　　要：严洁教授致力于教学科研临床50余年,注重临床与实验研究的转化结合,"三段取穴法"就是其重要研究成果之一,临床观察证实其选穴精良、疗效显著。本文列举严洁教授采用"三段取穴法"治疗胃肠病的典型医案两则,供广大同仁参考。Professor YAN Jie devoted to teaching and research in clinical for over 50 years, and lay stress on the conversion of clinical and experimental research; the ＂three sections of find method＂ is one of the important research results, with excellent confirmed the selected point and significant efficacy in clinical. In this paper, the author illustrate two typical cases on professor YAN Jie adopting ＂three sections of find method＂ for the treatment of gastrointestinal diseases, to provide reference for colleagues.
