摘  要:为揭示祁连山亚高寒山地森林植被建群种之一的青海云杉林地土壤养分的化学计量特征,采用野外取样与室内分析相结合的方法,对青海云杉林1 hm2样地进行土壤剖面取样,论述其有机碳、全氮、全磷和全钾含量及其化学计量特征。结果表明:1)0-60 cm土深有机碳、全氮、全磷和全钾含量的变化范围为42.81-88.15 g/kg、3.04-5.45 g/kg、0.54-0.73 g/kg和20.13-30.47 g/kg,均值大小分别为63.70 g/kg、3.80 g/kg、0.59 g/kg和23.99 g/kg,有机碳和全氮含量变异性较大,而全磷和全钾含量变异性较小。随土层深度增加,有机碳和全氮含量在30 cm土层以下含量趋于稳定,而全磷和全钾含量较稳定。2)0-60 cm的C/N、C/P、C/K、N/P、N/K和P/K分别为11.97-23.33、69.23-160.76、1.77-3.91、5.17-8.28、0.12-0.25和0.02-0.04,均值大小分别为17.03、109.63、2.67、6.46、0.16和0.02,C/N、C/P、C/K、N/P、N/K比都较稳定,P/K比很稳定。随土层深度增加,土壤C/P、C/K、N/P和N/K较C/N和P/K比变异明显,C/P与C/K比和N/P与N/K比主要受碳、氮元素含量的影响。3)全量养分有机碳、全氮和全磷彼此之间呈极显著正相关(P〈0.01),与全钾呈显著负相关(P〈0.05),除全磷与C/N比呈极显著负相关外(P〈0.01),有机碳、全氮、全磷与化学计量比均呈极显著正相关(P〈0.01),全钾与化学计量比无显著相关。Picea crassifolia is an important constructive and dominant species of subalpine mountain forest vegetation in Qilian Mountains of Northwestern China. In order to clarify the characteristics of soil stoichiometry of Picea crassifolia forest,soil samples by using the combined method of field sampling and laboratory analysis,soil samples has been sampled from 1 ha Picea crassofolia forest plot which was established in Dayekou basin of the Qilian Mountains. This paper mainly studied on soil organic carbon,total nitrogen,total phosphorus,total potassium content and it's stoichiometry of soil profile of Picea crassifolia forest. The results are as follows:( 1) The ranges of soil organic C,total N,total P and total K content is 42. 81 - 88. 15 g / kg,3. 04 - 5. 45 g / kg,0. 54 - 0. 73 g / kg and20. 13 - 30. 47 g / kg respectively in the 0 - 60 cm soil depth profile,the average value of the corresponding size were 63. 70 g / kg,3. 80 g / kg,0. 59 g / kg and 23. 99 g / kg. The organic C and total N content showed a great degree of diversity,while the total P and total K content less variability. With the increase of soil depth,organic C and total N content tends to be stable in the layer below 30 cm content,and P and K content were relatively stable.( 2) In the soil profile of 0 to 60 cm,C /N,C /P,C /K,N/P,N/K and P/K were 11. 97 - 23. 33,69. 23 -160. 76,1. 77 - 3. 91,5. 17 - 8. 28,0. 12 - 0. 25 and 0. 02 - 0. 04 respectively,the average value of the corresponding size were 17. 03,109. 63,2. 67,6. 46,0. 16 and 0. 02. C / N,C / P,C / K N / P,N / K is relatively steady and P / K is very stable. With the increase of soil depth,soil C / P,C / K,N / P and N / K had obvious variation when compared with C / N and P / K. C / P and C / K were only influenced by the content of C,as well as N / P and N / K were only influenced by the content of N.( 3) There has a highly significantly positive correlation among organic C,total N and total P( P〈0. 01),while there has a significantly negative correlation with tot
