薯蓣丸加减方防治鼻咽癌放疗口咽黏膜急性损伤30例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察薯蓣丸加减方防治鼻咽癌放疗口咽黏膜急性损伤的临床疗效。方法:将60例鼻咽癌患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组30例在放疗开始第1天即给予口服薯蓣丸加减方治疗,对照组30例在放疗开始第1天即给予康复新液漱口治疗,直至放疗疗程结束。观察两组治疗前后口咽黏膜反应情况及临床疗效。结果:治疗组治疗后显效率为33.3%,总有效率为90.0%;对照组治疗后显效率为16.7%,总有效率为70.0%,两组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组经中药干预后出现黏膜反应的时间较对照组晚,黏膜损伤的程度亦较轻,但两组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:薯蓣丸加减方防治鼻咽癌放疗口咽黏膜急性损伤疗效显著,安全无毒副作用。Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of modified Shuyu pills in the prevention and treatment of radiation-induced acute oropharyngeal mucosal injury in nasopharyngeal carcinoma. Methods： Sixty patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma were randomly and equally divided into treatment group and control group. Patients in the treatment group received oral modified Shuyu pills from the first day to the end of radiotherapy,while patients in the control group gargled with Kangfuxin liquid from the first day to the end of radiotherapy. The oropharyngeal mucosal reactions and clinical outcomes were evaluated in the two groups before and after treatment. Results： The marked and overall response rates were significantly higher in the treatment group than in the control group（ 33% vs 16. 7%,P〈0. 05; 90. 0% vs 70. 0%,P〈0. 05）. Compared with the control group,the treatment group had a longer time to the incidence of mucosal reactions and milder mucosal injury,but without significant differences（ P〉0. 05）. Conclusion：Without any toxic or side effects,modified Shuyu pills are a safe and substantially effective approach for the prevention and treatment of radiation-induced acute oropharyngeal mucosal injury in nasopharyngeal carcinoma.
