葛黄片对高脂血症大鼠降血脂作用的研究

摘　　要：目的:研究葛黄片对高脂血症大鼠血脂水平的影响。方法:将雄性SD大鼠60只随机分为正常组,模型组,辛伐他汀组,葛黄片低、中、高剂量组,每组10只。除正常组给普通饲料外,其余各组均予高脂饲料制备高脂血症大鼠模型。辛伐他汀组灌胃辛伐他汀0.004g/kg,葛黄片低、中、高剂量组分别灌胃葛黄片药液3.8、7.6、15.2g/kg,1次/d。各组每周称重1次,给药40d后取血,测定血清TC、TG、HDL、LDL、APOA1和APOB水平。结果:与模型组相比,葛黄片高剂量组能明显降低动物体质量(P<0.05),葛黄片低、中、高剂量组均可不同程度地降低TC和TG水平(P<0.05,P<0.01),高剂量组可降低LDL水平、升高APOA1水平(P<0.05);中、高剂量可升高HDL水平、降低APOB水平(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:葛黄片具有一定的降血脂、预防动脉粥样硬化形成的作用。Objective： To investigate the effect of Gehuang tablets on the levels of blood lipids in rats with hyperlipidemia. Methods： Sixty male Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly and equally divided into normal group,model group,simvastatin group and low-,middle-,and high-dose Gehuang tablet groups. A rat model of hyperlipidemia was established in each group with high-fat diet except for the normal group with normal diet. The simvastatin group received simvastatin（ 0. 004 g / kg） by gavage,while the low-,middle-,and high-dose Gehuang tablet groups were intragastrically given liquid of Gehuang tablets at 3. 8,7. 6,and 15. 2 g / kg once per day,respectively. Each rat in each group was weighed once per week and blood samples were drawn after 40-day administration to determine the levels of serum total cholesterol（ TC）,triglyceride（ LG）,high-density lipoprotein（ HDL）,low-density lipoprotein（ LDL）,apolipoprotein A1（ APOA1）,and apolipoprotein B（ APOB）. Results： Compared with the model group,the high-dose Gehuang tablet group had significantly reduced body weight（ P〈0. 05）,the low-,middle-,and high-dose Gehuang tablet groups showed varying degrees of decreases in levels of TC and TG（ P〈0. 05 or P〈0. 01）,and the high-dose Gehuang tablet group had a significantly reduced LDL level and a significantly increased APOA1 level（ P〈0. 05）; the middle-and high-dose Gehuang tablet group had a significantly increased HDL level and a significantly reduced APOB level.（ P〈0. 05 or P〈0. 01）. Conclusion： Gehuang tablets have antihyperlipidemic effect and prevent the formation of atherosclerosis.
