体育产业核心竞争力评价体系及其实证研究

摘　　要：运用文献资料研究、专家调查、数理统计、模糊数学等方法,对体育产业核心竞争力及其生长机制的评价指标与评价模型进行了深入研究,旨在为评价我国体育产业核心竞争力提供有益的方法借鉴。研究首先提出了体育产业核心竞争力及其生长机制的预选评价指标集,然后通过2轮专家调查与数理统计,确立了体育产业核心竞争力及其生长机制的评价指标内容,其中包括评价体育产业核心竞争力的3项一级指标、14项二级指标和评价体育产业核心竞争力生长机制的2项一级指标、12项二级指标与32项三级指标。然后再通过2轮专家评分与相关的统计处理,确定了各项评价指标的权重值。继而运用模糊数学的有关方法,建立了体育产业核心竞争力及其生长机制的模糊综合评价数学模型,并说明了该方法的具体步骤。最后,运用该模型对湖南省体育产业核心竞争力及其生长机制进行了实证分析。This paper analyzed evaluation index and evaluation model of sports industry core competence and its growth mechanism by the methods of literature review,expert investigation,mathematical statistics,and fuzzy mathematics. Its purpose was to provide useful method to evaluate core competence of China sports industry. This study put forward the preliminary program of evaluation index of sports industry core competence and its growth mechanism firstly,and then established evaluation index system of sports industry core competence and its growth mechanism through two rounds of expert investigation and mathematical statistics. The evaluation index system includes 3 first class indexes and 14 second class indexes for core competence of sports industry,and 2 first class indexes,12 second class indexes and 32 third class indexes for the growth mechanism. The weight value of each evaluation index was fixed by two rounds of expert scoring and statistical processing. Then fuzzy mathematics methods were used to build fuzzy comprehensive evaluation mathematical model,and the concrete steps was explained.Finally,the model was used to analyze Hunan province sports industry core competence and its growth mechanism.
