摘  要:目的了解福州市肺结核患者对抗结核药物的耐药情况,为福州市结核病防治提供科学依据。方法对福州市5个监测点就诊的结核病患者,采用WHO/IUATLD推荐的比例法进行利福平(RFP)、异烟肼(INH)、链霉素(SM)、乙胺丁醇(EMB)、卡那霉素(Km)和左氧氟沙星(OFX)的药物敏感实验。结果 203株结核分枝杆菌中,总耐药率为24.1%,耐多药率为3.4%,广泛耐药率为0.5%,其中初始耐药率和耐多药率分别为22.6%和1.8%,获得性耐药率和耐多药率分别为30.8%和10.3%。结论福州市结核耐药水平较低,但外源性感染较为严重且呈年轻化趋势。应尽早全面开展结核病耐药的检测,同时引入快速、可靠的耐药新诊断技术。Objective To investigate the drug resistance of Mycobacterium tuberculosis( MTB) in Fuzhou,so as to provide evidences for the MTB prevention and control. Methods According to WHO / IUATLD guideline for drug resistant surveillance of MTB,the MTB strains from 5 drug resistance monitoring sites were tested for their susceptibility to rifampicin( RFP),isoniazid( INH),streptomycin( SM) ethambutol( EMB),kanamycin( Km) and Levofloxacin( OFX). Results 203 MTB strains were tested. The total drug resistance rate was 24. 1% and total multi- drug resistance rate was 3. 4%. The extensively drug resistance rate was 0. 5%. The primary drug resistance and multi- drug resistance rate were 22. 6% and 1. 8%,respectively. The acquired drug resistance and multi- drug resistance were 30. 8% and 10. 3%. Conclusion Drug resistance tuberculosis in Fuzhou was in a low level. However,the acquired drug resistance was relative high and more young people was infected. In order to fasten the detection speed of drug resistance of MTB,it is necessary to apply new technologies for detection of drug resistance of MTB.
