摘　　要：澳大利亚是中国企业矿业投资的重要目标国。本文在澳大利亚矿产资源与矿产经济概述基础上,系统介绍了矿业投资者经常面临的澳大利亚矿业法律与税务等事宜,供投资者参考。As Australian mining industry offers significant opportunities for investors, the country has been one of the main targets of mining investment for Chinese enterprises. This article provides prospective investors with an overview of Australian mineral resources, minerals industry, institutional environment, legal and tax regimes in relation to mining, to assist them in getting their goals.
