农地流转的影响因素分析——以天津市为例

摘　　要：随着城镇化的不断深入发展,越来越多的劳动力从农村转移到城市,引起了众多学者的关注。主要用probit模型和线性概率模型,使用天津13个地区,615个农户的调研数据对影响土地流转的因素进行实证分析。研究结果表明:户主和家庭的基本特征对土地流转有显著的影响,而农户市民化意愿和农业工资收入对土地流转影响不大。With the deep development of urbanization, more and more labors transfer from rural areas to cities, which attracts the attention of many scholars. Based on the survey data of 615 households from 13 regions of Tianjin, the author used probit model and linear probability model to analyze influencing factors of agricultural land circulation. Results showed that the characteristics of the householder and household affected agricultural land transfer remarkably, while the effects of farmers＇ urbanization willing and income from farm work were slight.
