北京市奶牛养殖与粪污处理现状及展望——以三元绿荷为例

摘　　要：北京三元绿荷有60多年奶牛养殖历史,近年来奶牛存栏量与牛奶产量不断增长,奶牛单产更是全国之最,是北京鲜奶供应的主要渠道,在北京占有相当重要的地位。同时,随着三元绿荷奶牛养殖规模不断发展,牛场粪污量逐渐增加,通过对部分牛场的调查数据,分析了三元绿荷粪污设施投资、配备及其处理利用状况。最后对三元绿荷在市场与环境双重压力下的牛场粪污处理方式的发展趋势进行了展望。Beijing Sanyuan Luhe has 60 years of history of dairy farming, dairy cattle and milk production have grown in recent years, the milk yield per dairy cattle is the most in China, is the main channel of Beijing milk supply, and occupies an important position in Beijing. At the same time, with the continuous development of the scale of cow breeding of Sanyuan Luhe, cattle manure increased gradually. Based on the survey data of some cattle farms belonging to Sanyuan Luhe, this paper analyzed its treatment investment status, facilities and the treatment and usage of manure. Finally, under the dual pressures of the market and the environment, the trend of cattle manure processing was discussed.
