摘　　要：目的评估新疆维吾尔自治区(新疆)各地区(设区的市、州,下同)脊髓灰质炎(脊灰)野病毒(Wild Poliovirus,WPV)输入与传播的风险,对不同风险地区采取针对性措施,巩固新疆无脊灰状态。方法参考世界卫生组织和中国疾病预防控制中心推荐的WPV输入与传播风险评估标准,对人群免疫、急性弛缓性麻痹(Acute Flaccid Paralysis,AFP)病例监测及WPV输入风险进行评估,综合判定新疆不同地区WPV输入传播风险。结果和田地区、克孜勒苏柯尔克孜自治州、喀什地区、巴音郭楞蒙古自治州、吐鲁番地区、阿克苏地区为高风险,克拉玛依市、阿勒泰地区、乌鲁木齐市、博尔塔拉蒙古自治州、哈密地区、塔城地区、伊犁哈萨克自治州、昌吉回族自治州为中风险。结论新疆存在WPV输入传播的风险,应针对不同风险地区,采取有针对性的措施,提高人群免疫水平,保证AFP病例监测系统运转质量,防止WPV输入后引起的传播,巩固维持无脊灰状态。Objective To assess the risk of importation and transmission of wild poliovirus （WPV） in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region （Xinjiang）, and to provide specific strategies for different areas with different risk levels for maintaining polio-free status in Xinjiang. Methods We analyzed herd immunity, the acute flaccid paralysis（AFP） surveillance system, and bordering WPV endemic countries＇ information to assess comprehensive WPV importatioia risk in different cities （regions, prefectures） using the risk as- sessment tool recommended by the World Health Organization and the Chinese Center for Disease Control and Prevention. Results Hotan region, Kirgiz region, Kaxgar region, Bayingolin mongolia autonomous prefecture, Turpan region, and Aksu region were classified as high-risk areas. Karamay city, Aletai re- gion, Urumqi city, Bortala Mongolia Autonomous Prefecture, Hami region, Tacheng region, Ili kazakh Autonomous Prefecture, and Changji hui Autonomous Prefecture were medium-risk areas. Conclusion There is a WPV importation risk in Xinjiang. To maintain polio-free status, specific strategies should be conducted in different risk areas to improve herd immunity, keep high quality AFP surveillance, and pre- vent WPV transmission in case of importation.
