摘　　要：报告1例阴茎硬化性淋巴管炎。患者男,35岁。因阴茎下方出现弯曲的索状物2个月余就诊。皮损长度约2 cm,无自觉症状。通过临床表现和皮损组织病理检查,诊断为阴茎硬化性淋巴管炎。该病罕见,预后较好。A case of sclerosing lymphangitis of penis is reported. A 35-year-oht man had asymptomatic eord-like lesion under the penis for more than 2 months. The lesion was about 2 cm. A diagnosis of selerosing lymphangitis of penis was made based on elinieal manifestations and histopathologieal examination. The disease is rare, but its prognosis is good.
