消结安对乳腺增生的临床疗效及对激素水平和免疫功能的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨消结安胶囊对乳腺增生患者的临床疗效及对血清激素水平和免疫功能的影响。方法 116例乳腺增生患者随机分为试验组59例和对照组57例。试验组在常规治疗的基础上加用消结安胶囊,每次0.76 g,每天3次,对照组仅给予常规治疗,2组疗程均为8周。观察2组治疗后的临床疗效,治疗前和治疗后血清激素水平、免疫功能指标、疼痛评分、肿块大小评分及肿块硬度评分。结果治疗后,试验组总有效率(94.92%)显著高于对照组(82.46%,P<0.05)。治疗后,试验组黄体生成素、孕酮水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05),雌二醇和催乳素水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。2组治疗后CD+3、CD+4/CD+8显著高于治疗前(P<0.05),而CD+8显著低于治疗前(P<0.05);试验组CD+3、CD+4、CD+4/CD+8治疗后显著高于对照组(P<0.05),而CD+8显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组疼痛评分、肿块大小和肿块硬度评分均较治疗前显著减少(P<0.05);试验组显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论消结安胶囊对乳腺增生患者临床疗效显著,可调节内分泌与免疫功能。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Xiaojie＇ an capsule in breast hyperplasia patients and its effect on serum hormone levels and immune function. Methods A total of 116 cases of breast hy- perplasia patients were randomly divided into treatment group （n = 59 ） and control group （n = 57 ）. The control group received conventional treatment and the treatment group was used Xiaojie＇an capsules 0. 76 g, rid, on the bases of control group. The course was 8 weeks. Clinical effi- cacy, serum hormone levels, immune function parameters, pain score, tumor size and tumor hardness score before and after treatment were observed. Results The total efficiency in treatment group （94. 92% ） was significantly higher than that of control group （ 82. 46%, P 〈 0. 05 ）. The luteinizing hormone （LH）, progesterone （P） in treatment group were significantly higher than those of control group （ P 〈 0. 05）, and es- tradiol （E2） and prolaetin （PRL） levels were significantly lower than those of control group （P 〈 0. 05）. The CD3＋ , CD4 , CD4/CDs were significantly higher than before treatment （P 〈 0. 05 ）, and CDs＋ was sig- nificantly lower than before treatment in two groups （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. The CD3＋ ,CD4/CDs in treatment group were significantly higher than those of control group （P 〈 0. 05 ）, but CDs was significantly lower （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. The hardness score were significantly reduced than those of before treatment （P 〈 0. 05 cantly lower than control group （P 〈 0. 05 ）.
