摘　　要：诊断试验的盲法设计,鲜有报道。本文以睡眠质量评估系统的临床试验为例,详细介绍了诊断试验的编盲设计与实施操作方法。对提升临床试验的客观性、科学性,具有一定的意义。The design of the blind method of diagnostic clinical trail is rarely reported. This paper shows the clinical test of the sleep quality assessment system as an example, and introduces the design and imple- mentation of the blind method for this diagnostic clinical trail. The repor- ted method could help to improve the objectiveness and science of clinical trials.
