摘 要:为研究组合梁桥中钢腹板与混凝土顶、底板连接部位处的不同类型剪力键的力学性能,以小砂沟大桥为背景,共设计A(圆形开孔剪力键)、B(倒梯形开孔剪力键)、C(角钢剪力键)3类10组,共计30个试件,采用推出试验及有限元分析相结合的方法,分析了A、B、C 3类剪力键的荷载~滑移曲线特征及力学性能,将3类剪力键的荷载~滑移曲线特征及承载能力的有限元分析结果与试验结果进行对比。结果表明:由剪力键的荷载~滑移曲线特征可知,A、C 2类剪力键的力学性能相似,表现出较好的延性性能,B类剪力键的塑性段的发展过程较短,其延性性能较A、C 2类差;A类剪力键基于大孔径混凝土榫的力学性能优于小孔径混凝土榫的力学性能,且两者的破坏机理不同;由仿真分析与试验结果对比可得,3类剪力键荷载~滑移曲线在弹性阶段吻合较好,在塑性阶段偏差稍大。To study the mechanical properties of the different type shear studs used for the connection parts between the steel web and concrete top and bottom slabs of composite girder bridge, the Xiaoshagou Bridge was taken as a study object, totally 30 specimens divided into 3 types and 10 groups of the Type A (circular perforation), Type B (inverted trapezoid perforation) and Type C (angle steel) shear studs were designed, the load~slip curve characteristics and me- chanical properties of the 3 types of the studs were analyzed, using the combined method of push- out tests and finite element analysis and the finite element analysis and tests of the load~slip curve characteristics and bearing capacity of the studs were compared. The results of the study reveal that from the load~slip curve characteristics, it is known that the mechanical properties of the Types A and C studs are similar and the studs all exhibit good ductility properties. The develop- ment process of the plastic stage of the Type B studs is short and the ductility properties of the studs are poor as compared to those of the Types A and C studs. The mechanical properties of the Type A studs based on the large perforation size concrete dowels are superior to those of the studs based on the small perforation size concrete dowels and the failure mechanism of the studs is differ- ent. The comparison of the simulation analysis and types of the studs at the elastic stage are agreeable, tests tell that the load~slip curves of the 3 but differ slightly at the plastic stage.
