摘  要:钢-混凝土组合桁架梁桥中的钢结构与混凝土桥面板一般采用剪力群钉连接,为防止钢-混凝土组合桁架连续梁桥的负弯矩区的混凝土开裂,提出了一种新型纵向可滑动抗掀起连接键——T型键,以天津海河吉兆桥(三跨钢-混凝土组合桁架桥)为背景,阐述T型键首次在该桥中的应用情况。T型键是由2块钢板采用熔透焊焊接而成的T字形结构,在工厂内加工成型后,采用熔透焊将T型键焊接在钢梁上,并使用宽5cm的胶带缠绑3层,最后使用密封膏对T型键与钢梁焊接根部进行密封。施工后发现,混凝土桥面板与钢桁架产生了约1.5cm的相对错动,通过对该现象分析可知,T型键能有效地释放混凝土桥面的内部应力、提高组合桁架梁桥整体刚度,对防止桥面开裂起到关键作用。The steel structures and concrete deck slabs of steel and concrete composite truss girder bridges are generally connected by the "group shear studs. To prevent the concrete in the hogging moment areas of the steel and concrete continuous composite truss girder bridges from cracking, a kind of the new connecting stud, the T-shape stud, that could be'longitudinally slip- ping and lift-resistant was developed. The Jizhao Bridge (a 3-span steel and concrete continuous composite truss girder bridge) over the Haihe River in Tianjin was cited as an example and the ap- plication of the developed T-shape studs to the bridge for the first time was described. A T-shape stud was composed of two steel plates that were welded into a T-shape structure by the penetration welding. After the stud was fabricated in the workshop, the stud was then welded onto the steel truss girder by the penetration welding, was wrapped around by the 5 cm wide adhesive tape in 3 layers and was finally sealed by the sealing paste at the root of the stud connecting the truss gird- er. In the construction of the composite truss girder of the bridge, the relative staggering of about 1.5 cm between a concrete deck slab and the truss girder was observed and the analysis of the stag- gering phenomenon showed that the T-shape studs could effectively release the internal stress in the concrete deck slabs, improve the global stiffness of the composite truss girder bridge and play a critical role of preventing the deck slab concrete from cracking.
