摘 要:考虑回采过程断层与工作面底板沟通裂隙对工作面采场底板突水的影响,对矿井9603工作面底板及断层采取注浆防水措施。为了准确分析注浆技术的效果,运用弹塑性本构模型、Drucker-Prager准则和ANSYS数值软件,分析了9603工作面在注浆前后不同推进距离下沿工作面走向的应变区域分布。结果表明,岩层应变总体规律为随工作面推进应变范围逐渐扩大,断层与底板之间裂隙沟通程度加强,且分布于开挖煤层两侧及断层带。注浆前,底板斜交及垂直裂隙与断层先存裂隙初步沟通发生于工作面推进80 m的位置,完全沟通发生在工作面推进100 m的位置;注浆后,由于岩层在凝固浆液的影响下,弹性模量大大降低,抗张拉强度得到加强,底板斜交及垂直裂隙与断层先存裂隙的初步沟通和完全沟通分别延至工作面推进120 m的位置和150 m的位置。As is known,with the extension of the mining depth,the mining hydrogeological condition has been becoming more and more controversial. Among them,the biggest problem is the direct consequence affecting the safety production of the mine due to the floor water inrush in the fault zone by the working face. While considering the influence by the crack interaction between the fault zone and working face floor to the water inrush,with the mining stope,grouting waterproof measures have been adopted to the 9603 th working face and the fault zone. In order to accurately analyze the effect of the grouting technique,the elastic-plastic constitutive model and Drucker Prager criterion have been introduced into the ANSYS numerical software. Analyzing the area of the strain distribution along the working face under different forward distances with the pre-and-post working face floor and fault zone being grouted. The results show that as a general rule,the area of the strain has been extending gradually with the advancement of the working face,the interaction between the working face floor and the fracture faults has been becoming stronger and stronger,with the strain distribution on the both sides of the excavation of the coal seam and the fracture faults. And,then,the preliminary interaction of the crack between the working face and the fault zone would take place when the working face moves on by 80 meters,and the full interaction would occur when the working face moves to 100 meters. In addition,the elastic modulus of the fault rock would have been greatly reduced before and after the unavoidable grouting, due to the enhancement of the tensile strength and the effect of the solidification slurry. And,consequently,the preliminary interaction would also result in when the working face moves on by 120 meters,which would enact the comprehensive interaction when the working face moves by 150 meters.
