摘  要:矿井瓦斯爆炸事故是煤矿安全生产中最严重的事故之一。为确保事故后应急救援的高效开展及减少应急物资调度过程中的经济损失,在以调度时间为第一的前提下,结合煤矿瓦斯爆炸事故实际,引入伤亡性和经济性两个优化目标,构建了一种在多出救点、多物资和多受灾点约束条件下的多目标应急物资调拨模型,并运用加权算法基本思想,确定了决策效用函数,同时结合瓦斯爆炸事故的时间紧迫度,在保证物资连续消耗的条件下,求解最优物资调度方案,并通过实例验证了可行性。To increase the efficiency of emergency rescue in the gas explosion accidents in coal mine production and reduce the economic loss in the emergency resource dispatch,this paper is inclined to bring about a multi-objective emergency supply dispatch system model in combination with the actual mining conditions and mining production schedule as the prerequisite. In our system model,we have introduced two optimal goals of casualty relief and economic thrift to make emergency rescue under the limited conditions of multi-saving points,multi-material and multi-disasterareas. As is known,to ensure the coalmining production safety,prevention always goes first before everything else,though it is inevitable and get ready to meet all sorts of mining accidents or the gas explosions likely to come about at any time and any place in order to meet the needs to guarantee the safety production. Gas explosion is just one of the most serious hazards,which are likely to bring along the secondary or more continuous explosions,perhaps,due to the damage of the ventilation system or power-short.Therefore,emergency response of the corresponding levels to the gas explosion and outbursts should always be made in real time terms on the spot and supplies for relief should be allocated in time depending on the degree of risk and damage. What is more,it is absolutely necessary to create a decision-making utility mechanism by using the idea of weighted algorithm. Then combined with the time urgency of gas explosion accidents,in the condition of continuous consumption that can guarantee urgent supplies,we have solved the most efficient emergency resource dispatch problems. And,finally,the problem of availability of the solution has been verified by using the corresponding instances so as to provide a practical,feasible and efficient problem-solving optimized approach to the emergency resource dispatch in time in the mining production.
