摘  要:为了研究水杨酸对重金属胁迫下植物幼苗的缓解效应,以玉米叶片的叶绿素、游离脯氨酸、可溶性蛋白质量比和丙二醛(MDA)含量,以及过氧化物酶(POD)与超氧化物酶(SOD)活性为指标,采用水培法研究了不同质量浓度水杨酸对150 mg/L Pb2+胁迫下玉米幼苗生理特性的影响。结果表明,经30 mg/L水杨酸缓解后受迫玉米幼苗的根长、株高和根系活性明显增加,叶片的叶绿素、游离脯氨酸与可溶性蛋白质量比均明显提高,叶片的SOD与POD活性均高于对照组和各处理组,且叶片的MDA含量显著降低。外源水杨酸可通过正向调控植物物质与能量代谢,以及保护酶系统活性来维持细胞膜的稳定性,并有效减缓膜脂过氧化进程,缓解了Pb2+胁迫对玉米幼苗的毒害。The paper takes it as a purpose to analyze the alleviating effects of salicylic acid( SA) on the maize seedlings against the heavy metal contaminants. For our research goal,we have made an investigation over the effects of salicylic acid by using an agent mixed of five different concentrations of 10 mg / L,15 mg /L,20 mg / L,25 mg / L,and 30 mg / L on the growing maize seedlings with physiological features against 150 mg / L Pb2 +suppressing function with the hydroponic method. At the same time,we have also made an exploration of the chlorophyll,the free praline,soluble protein,malonaldehyde( MDA),by taking the activities of peroxidase( POD) and superoxide dismutase( SOD) in the maize leaves as reference variables. The results of our investigation prove that,as compared with the control groups( under the suppressing effect of plumbum with no effects of SA),in the experimental groups under the effect of SA,the root length and the plant height have been found substantially increased. We have also found that,especially in the highest concentration of salicylic acid group( 30 mg / L SA),the young seedlings of maize have grown by 69. 2% and 47. 9%,respectively,which is particularly necessary to be paid attention to. We have also noticed that,under the effect of 30 mg / L SA,the root activities of maize seedlings has increased by 106. 7%. At the same time,the content of chlorophyll has increased by 35. 9%,whereas the content of soluble proteins has increased by 106. 3%,with the content of proline increased by 139. 5%. The super-oxide dismutase( SOD) and peroxidase( POD) have also been found increased by 59. 7% and52. 3%,the highest level of the growing activity. However,it has been found that the content of malonaldehyde( MDA)( produced in the membrane lipid peroxidation) has been significantly reduced by 28. 4%,whereas in the control group,the maize seedlings were suffered greatly by the Pb2 +suppressing effect( p 0. 01).
