摘  要:在DO/COD值=0.14%的微氧条件下,接种厌氧颗粒污泥的小试UASB反应器,以含葡萄糖和NaNO3(COD/NO3^--N值=20:1)的自配水为进水,控制温度在35℃左右、HRT在6~11h之间,经过150d的运行,成功实现同时产甲烷反硝化;UASB反应器的负荷达15.5kgCOD/(m^3·d)和0.76kgNO[-N/(m^3·d)时,其对COD和NO3^--N的最高去除率分别为98.7%和100%;当DO/COD值提高至0.19%时,在负荷为13.2kgCOD/(m^3·d)和0.72kgNO3^--N/(m^3·d)下,对COD和NO3^--N的去除率仍保持在90.1%和99.6%左右。Simultaneous methanogenesis and denitrification (SMD) was successfully realized in a lab-scale UASB reactor after 150 d of operation under oxygen-limited condition when DO/COD ratio was 0.14%, which was inoculated with anaerobic granular sludge. The influent was synthetic wastewater containing glucose and NaNO3 with the ratio of COD to NO3 - N maintained at about 20 : 1. The temperature was controlled at around 35 ℃, and the HRT of the UASB reactor was about 6 to 11 h. When the loading rates of COD and NO3 - N were about 15.5 kgCOD/(m3 · d) and O. 76 kgNO3- - N/( m3 · d) respectively, the maximum removal rates of COD and NO3- -N could reach 98.7% and 100% respectively. When the ratio of DO to COD increased to O. 19% , and the loading rates of COD and NO3- - N were about 13.2 kgCOD/(m3 · d) and 0. 72 kgNO3 -N/( m3 · d) respectively, the removal rates of COD and NO3- - N were maintained at around 90.1% and 99.6% respectively.
