摘 要:针对重庆市某污水处理厂除砂系统存在运行不稳定,造成沉砂易淤积、砂水分离器溢流水含砂量高等问题,通过调整气提提砂、砂水分离器的运行周期以及采用排砂自动化控制等措施进行调控优化,结果表明,提气量和气压满足提砂要求,优化后的提砂混合液SS从3.395 7 g/L提升到5.956 2 g/L,ISS从1.495 6 g/L提高到2.726 0 g/L,且波动较小。系统旱季日均除砂效率提升了31.6%。砂水分离器溢流水SS和ISS浓度有效降低且变化趋于一致。To solve the problems of unstable operation, easy grit deposition and high grit content in overflow from grit-water separator of grit removal system in a WWTP in Chongqing City, the operation and control of the grit removal system were optimized by adjusting the operation cycle of grit air lift and the separator and adopting the automation of grit discharge. The results showed that the air volume and pressure could meet the requirments of grit lift. After the optimization, the SS concentration in grit lift mixture increased from 3. 395 7 g/L to 5. 956 2 g/L, and ISS increased from 1. 495 6 g/L to 2. 726 0 g/ L, with minor fluctuations. The daily average grit removal efficiency was improved by 31.6% in dry season. The concentrations of SS and ISS in overflow of the separator were decreased effectively, and the change tended to be consistent.
