摘 要:以异戊酸和正丁醇为原料,酸性离子液体为催化剂,合成异戊酸正丁酯。选取醇酸物质的量比、反应时间、离子液体用量、带水剂量4个因素进行中心组合优化,运用响应面法得出合成异戊酸正丁酯的最佳工艺条件为:醇酸物质的量比1.15∶1,反应时间为80 min,离子液体用量为异戊酸的8%,带水剂量10 m L,在此最佳反应条件下异戊酸正丁酯的酯化率为89.52%,结果与模型预测值基本相符。将离子液体回收并重复使用5次,催化活性无明显降低,表明其具有良好的重复使用性。Butyl isovalerate has been synthesized by isovaleric acid and butanol with acidic ionic liquid as catalysts. Response Surface Methodology (RSM) was applied to optimize the synthesis of butyl isovalerate; the effects of various reaction conditions including alcohol/acid mole ratio, reaction time, ionic liquid amount and water carrying agent amount were also investigated. A Box - Behnken Experimental Design (BBD) was employed to search for the optimal yield of butyl isovalerate ; the optimized reaction conditions were n (butanol) : n ( isovaleric acid) of 1.15: 1, reaction time of 80 min, amount of catalyst of 8% of acid and water - carrying agent of 10 mL. On the conditions, the best esterification rate could reach 89.52%, basically in line with the values predicted by the mathematical model. The ionic liquids could be recycled and reused for 5 times without obvious degradation in activity indicating that the catalysts have a good repetition.
