摘  要:从合作与参与的内涵着眼,就事前准备、信息共享、遵医参与、医患互动4个维度对医患的合作与参与进行详尽分析,尝试将患者成熟度和领导生命周期理论运用到医患互动中。并根据4种类型的患者在不同阶段有着不同的特质和行为表现,医生选择相应的职业行为和领导方式。在对医患互动中权力运作的5种形式的核心概念进行厘清,强调了医生要多运用权威力量征服患者,并对如何管控医患双方的权力提出了深度思考。Through starting with the connotation of the doctor-patient cooperation and participation, the paper particularly analyzes the four dimensions,including preparation,information sharing,compliance and the interaction between doctors and patients. Then,the paper tries to use the patient maturity and the leadership life cycle theory into doctor-patient interaction. However,the patients have different characteristics and behavior at different stages,the doctors then choose the related professional behavior and leadership style. At last,the paper clarifies five kinds of core concept of the doctor and the patient power from the perspective of interaction. It also emphasizes that the doctors should use their powers to conquer the patients,and considers the way to manage the power of both doctors and patients.
