摘  要:目的:探讨髋关节囊多点减压术联合气血通络治疗仪治疗早期股骨头缺血性坏死的临床疗效。方法:选择2010年1月-2014年2月于泸州医学院附属中医医院骨伤科采用髋关节囊多点减压联合气血通络治疗仪治疗早期股骨头坏死的患者57例(68髋),平均年龄31.5岁(18.0-45岁),随访时间为12个月,平均每3个月1次,每次给予拍髋关节正、侧位和蛙式位X射线片及行MRI检查,观察病情变化。采用髋关节功能Harris评分(Harris hip score,HHS)及其优良率进行疗效评价,〉90分为优,75-90分为良,60-74分为可,〈60分为差。结果:其中优47髋,良16髋,差5髋,优良率为92.6%。结论:髋关节囊多点减压联合气血通络治疗仪治疗早期股骨头坏死有显著疗效,是一种良好的治疗方法。Objective: To analyze the effects of hip- joint capsule multipoint decompression with Qi- blood dredging collaterals therapy instrument for osteonecrosis of the femoral head( ONFH) at the early stage. Methods: A total of 57 adult patients( 01- 2010 - 02- 2014) with 68 hips suffered from the early- stage ONFH to receive the hip- joint capsule multipoint decompression with Qi- blood dredging collaterals therapy instrument.The mean age was 31. 5( 18. 0 - 45 years old). Totally 12 months' follow- up after operation( once per three months) was done. Positive,lateral and frog leg positions of X- ray examination and MRI scanning were performed to observe the changes of pathogenetic condition in clinical service recheck. Harris score was used to evaluate the curative effect with 90 points as excellent,75 - 90 points as good,60- 74 points as not good and less than 60 points as bad. Results: 47 hips were excellent; 16 hips were good; 5 hips were bad. The efficiency was 92. 6%. Conclusion: Hip- joint capsule multipoint decompression with Qi- blood dredging collaterals therapy instrument has a remarkably curative effect on early- stage ONFH.
