针刺风池穴预处理对脑梗死大鼠的缺血耐受现象研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨针刺预处理是否可以引起缺血性脑卒中的缺血性耐受。方法:32只成年Wistar雄性大鼠,随机分为正常组8只、脑梗死组8只、缺血预处理组8只、针刺预处理组8只。采用改良Zea Longa方法制备大脑中动脉闭塞脑梗死(MCAO)模型,针刺预处理组于造模前针刺大鼠双侧风池穴,连续7天。分别于脑梗死后24 h、72 h和7天进行神经功能评分、平衡试验,并进行水迷宫试验,记录定位航线试验、空间探索试验结果。结果:缺血预处理组、针刺预处理组与脑梗死组神经功能学评分、平衡实验评分比较,均有显著性差异(P<0.05),针刺预处理组定位航线试验逃避潜伏期(27.75±7.57)s,空间探索时间(45.63±4.37)s,与脑梗死组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:针刺风池穴预处理,可以改善脑梗死大鼠神经功能,恢复平衡功能,提高学习、记忆能力,可以导致缺血性脑卒中的缺血性耐受。Objective： To explore whether acupuncture preconditioning can cause ischemic tolerance of ischemic cerebral apoplexy. Methods： 32 adult male wistar rats were randomly divided into 4 groups,including normal group with 8 rats,cerebral infarction group with 8 rats,ischemic preconditioning group with 8 rats,acupuncture preconditioning group with 8 rats. Middle cerebral artery occlusion（ MCAO） model was prepared by using the modified Zea Longa. All the rats of acupuncture preconditioning group pinpricked＂Fengchi＂acupoint before the MCAO model was prepared for consecutively 7 days. Detect the neurological score,balance test scores and the water maze test. Record the results of positioning route test and the space exploration test at 24 h,72 h and 7 days after the MCAO model was prepared. Results： There were differences among the cerebral infarction group,the ischemic preconditioning group and the acupuncture preconditioning group in neurological scores,balancing test scores（ P〈0. 05）. The time of escaping latency of the rats in acupuncture preconditioning group was（ 27. 75 ± 7. 57） s,and there was a significant difference compared with the time of the rats in cerebral infarction group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： The method of acupuncture preconditioning can improve neurological and balance function in rats of cerebral infarction and can improve the ability of learning and memory. It can also lead the ischemic tolerance of ischemic stroke.
