摘　　要：行针法是针刺临床操作技术的核心之一。古今学者对于行针法临床操作技术或方法有诸多论述,但尚无统一标准或规范。本研究从临床应用行针法的整体思路出发,通过参考古代文献结合现代临床实际的可操作性,对行针法分类及基本行针法的左、右手操作手法做出了归类的建议,并提出了行针法的操作流程及基本行针法操作步骤的建议,以期为正确理解行针法操作的真正含义和切实掌握行针法临床应用提供思路。Needle manipulation method is one of the core acupuncture therapies. There is no unified standard to judge a clinical standard operating procedure of needle manipulation method. In this article,hand- pressing and hand- needling manipulation as well as the classification of needle manipulation method should be regulated under ancient literatures combined with modern clinical practical operability from the overall train of thought of its clinical application. It systematizes their manipulation process and provides train of thought for correct understanding of the true meaning of needle manipulation method and grasping its clinical application.
