开展基于针灸的脊髓损伤多学科综合治疗思考

摘　　要：脊髓损伤(SCI)是临床上极难治愈的严重疾病之一。该病症病理复杂,不同阶段症状不同,且常伴有多种复杂并发症,因此单一科室治疗很难取得满意的疗效。本研究探讨了将多学科综合治疗模式引入脊髓损伤治疗的可行性和预期效果。通过分析脊髓损伤多学科综合治疗疗法的主要组成部分,推荐采用针刺疗法作为基础疗法的多学科综合治疗方案,并总结了现有的基于针刺治疗的脊髓损伤多学科综合治疗案例。从而证明采用多学科综合是治疗脊髓损伤的理想模式,值得重视和进一步研究。Spinal cord injury（ SCI） is a kind of serious diseases in clinic. Its pathological mechanism is complex,and shows different symptoms in different stages. Moreover,various complications often arise. Therefore,it is difficult to get a satisfactory effect by single department treatment. This article discusses the possibility and the expected effect on spinal cord injury through multimodality therapy（ SCI）. Acupuncture treatment is recommended as the basic treatment of multimodality therapy by analyzing the main part of multimodality therapy. Existing cases of SCI multimodality therapy based on acupuncture treatment are summarized.
