细胞因子IL-17A与免疫性血小板减少症发病关系的初步研究

摘　　要：目的 通过观察免疫性血小板减少症（ITP）患者外周血中辅助性T（Th）细胞相关细胞因子水平的变化,探讨其与ITP发病的关系.方法 应用微量样本多重蛋白定量技术（CBA）检测和比较35例慢性ITP患者和30例健康体检者（正常对照组）外周血中IL-2、IL-4、IL-6、IFN-γ和IL-17A的水平.结果 ITP患者外周血IL-17A水平较正常对照组显著升高,两组IL-17A的水平分别为（6.767±1.066）pg/ml和（1.679±0.253）pg/ml,比较有统计学差异（P＜0.01）;而患者外周血IL-2、IL-4、IL-6、IFN-γ水平与正常对照组相比均无统计学差异（均P ＞0.05）.血小板计数≥20×10^9/L的患者外周血IL-17A水平为（8.217±1.477）pg/ml,血小板计数＜ 20×10^9/L的患者外周血IL-17A水平为（5.238±1.490）pg/ml,两者间比较无统计学差异（P＞0.05）.结论 慢性ITP患者外周血IL-17A水平异常升高,提示Th17细胞和IL-17A可能在ITP的发生、发展中发挥重要的作用.Objective To investigate the levels of T helper cell-related cytokines in peripheral blood of patients with immune thrombocytopenia （ITP）. Methods The levels of IL-2, IL-4, IL-6, IFN-γ and IL-17A in peripheral blood of 35 patients with chronic ITP and 30 healthy subjects （control group） were detected with cytometric bead array（CBA） method. Results The level of IL-17A in peripheral blood of patients with ITP was significantly higher than that of control group [（6.767±1.066）pg/ml vs （1.679±0.253）pg/ml, P〈0.01]; while there were no significant differences in the levels of IL-2, IL-4, IL-6 and IFN-γ in peripheral blood between two groups（P 〉0.05）. There were no significant differences in IL-17A levels between patients with PLT≥20×10^9/L and those with PLT〈20×10^9/L [（8.217±1.477）pg/ml vs （5.238±1.490）pg/ml, P 〉0.05], Conclusion Increased IL-17A levels in peripheral blood are detected in patients with chronic ITP.
