摘 要:在资源紧约束的条件下,协调港口与城市的关系已成为实现港口城市可持续发展的立足点,明晰港城协同发展程度与城市经济增长的关系是制定港城协同发展政策措施的基础。本文首先建立港城复合系统协同度模型,并以上海、深圳、香港等9个港口城市为例进行实证研究。然后以这9个城市2003-2013年的面板数据为样本,对港城协同度与城市经济增长的关系进行了实证研究。研究表明,综合运用协同度模型和面板数据模型研究港城协同度与城市经济增长关系,不仅可为港城协同发展理论的研究提供新视角,也可为各港口城市制定促进港城协同发展的政策措施提供理论依据。Under tight resource constraints,the coordinated development of the port and the city is an important way to achieve the sustainable development of port-city. Clearing the relationship between the synergy degree of port-city system and urban economic growth is the basis for the government to make policies and measures. Firstly,this article builds the synergy degree model of port-city system and makes an empirical study based on the historical data of Shanghai,Shenzhen,Hong Kong and other six cities. Secondly,a Panel Data model is established with these 9 port cities' data from2003 to 2013 to study the relationship between the synergy degree of port-city system and the urban economic development. This research shows that it is effective to study the relationship between synergy degree of port-city system and urban economy by combining the synergy degree model with the Panel Data model. It provides not only a new perspective for the theoretical study on port and city cooperative development mechanism,but also a theoretical support for each city to make policies and measures to promote the synergetic development of port-city system.
