摘　　要：介绍了真空自耗炉熔炼钛的工艺过程,对发生过的几次爆炸事故原因进行了详细的分析,从设备设计制造、使用操作上提出了非常实用的安全预防措施。The process of smelting titanium in vacuum consumable electrode arc furnace was introduced. The detailed analysis on the reason of happened explosions was carried out and some elusion measures were put forwards from equipment design and manufacture and operation.
