茉莉净油、桂花净油等10种天然香料中15种邻苯二甲酸酯的检测研究

摘　　要：为对香料进行风险评估或制定相关标准提供依据,按国家标准方法,采用气质联用仪测定了茉莉净油、桂花净油等10种天然香料57批产品中15种邻苯二甲酸酯含量,检出限均为0.05 mg/kg。结果显示：有1批杭白菊油的邻苯二甲酸二异丁酯（DIBP）检出量达856 mg/kg,4批小花茉莉净油的邻苯二甲酸二丁酯（DBP）检出量呈较高的117.9、335.0、48.0和607.0mg/kg,共有8批产品检出总量超过60 mg/kg（1批杭白菊油,7批小花茉莉净油）;其他产品的单项塑化剂含量均为未检出或在1.0~44.1 mg/kg之间,邻苯二甲酸酯类物质总质量比含量未超过60 mg/kg。此外分析了产品中邻苯二甲酸酯污染来源。In order to provide scientific reference for risk assessment or formulating national safety standards on flavor,the contents of15 phthalate esters（ PAEs） in 57 batches of ten natural flavors,including Jasminum sambac（ L.） Ait and Osmanthus fragrans（ Thunb.） Lour. flower absolutes,were determined by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry（ limit of detection 0. 05 mg/kg）. The results showed that,the contents of phthalate esters in eight batches of flavor were beyond the maximum residue limit（ 60 mg / kg）formulated by the Ministry of Health of China; in which five batches showed higher contents of PAEs,DIBP in one batch of chrysanthemum oil was 856 mg / kg,DBP in four batchs of Jasminum sambac（ L.） Ait absolute were 117. 9、335. 0、48. 0 and 607. 0mg / kg respectively; meanwhile,single plasticizer in other products was not detected or between 1. 0 mg / kg and 44. 1 mg / kg. The pollution sources of PAEs were also discussed.
