摘　　要：目的：建立高效液相色谱法测定和胃平肝丸中芍药苷的含量.方法：采用高效液相色谱法测定和胃平肝丸中芍药苷的含量.色谱柱：Eclipse XDB-C18（4.6 mm×150 mm,5μm）分析柱;流动相：乙腈-水（11∶89）;检测波长：232 nm;流速：1.0 m L·min-1;柱温：30℃.结果：芍药苷与其他成分分离良好;芍药苷进样量在0.12~0.60μg范围内有良好的线性关系（r=0.999 9）,平均回收率（n=6）为99.12%.结论：该方法简便、准确,重复性好.This article established a method for determination of paeoniflorin in Hewei Pinggan pills.HPLC determination of paeoniflorin in Heweipinggan pills.Eclipse XDB-C18（4.6 mm × 150 mm,5 μm） column was adopted.The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-water（11∶ 89） at the flow rate of 1.0 m L·min-1; The detecting wavelength was 232 nm,and the conlumn temperature was 30 ℃.Paeoniflorin was well separated;The linearity was obtained within the range of 0.12 ~ 0.60 μg（r = 0.999 9）,The average recovery（n = 6） was 99.12%.The method is simple,accurate and reproducible,and can be used for determination of paeoniflorin in Hewei Pinggan pills.
