摘  要:目的依据ICF评定量表,利用LASSO数学方法绘制颅脑损伤功能地形图,探讨颅脑损伤相关类目之间的关系。方法选取103例颅脑外伤后3个月以上,经头颅影像学检查确认为颅脑损伤者。依据ICF,采用Lasso方法分析量表中29项类目变量之间的条件依存关系,并用软件进行绘图和分析。结果 29个类目之间的相互联系构成了功能地形图,b167、b210、b134、b235、b730、d220、d620、e310和e355因关联性较高而居于地形图的中心位置,且出度值均在5以上;所有关系系数大于0.5的类目中,均有身体功能(b)、活动和参与(d)和环境因素(e)类目参与,出度值最高的类目也与上述类目相一致。结论图建模所绘制的颅脑损伤功能地形图可以揭示ICF功能类目之间复杂的关系结构,可以为应用ICF进行颅脑损伤的司法鉴定提供依据。Objective According to International Classification of Function,Disability and Health( ICF),we applied a mathematic method called Lasso to deduce functional diagram of traumatic brain injury,and analyzed the relationship between the categories. Methods 103 cases with traumatic brain injury for more than 3 months were selected,and the injury was confirmed by neurological imaging. According to the ICF,relationship of 29 categories was analyzed by Lasso,which was also applied to modeling and further analysis. Results The relationship between 29 categories constitutes the function diagram. The high correlation among b167,b210,b134,b235,b730,d220,d620,e310 and e355 with the outdegree above 5 leads to its central position in topographic map. In all categories with the correlation coefficient greater than 0. 5 and high outdegree value,body function( b),activity( d) and environmental factors( e) were involved.Conclusion Functional diagram of traumatic brain injury deduced by graphical model can reveal the complex structure of relations between ICF categories,which provides the basis for ICF application in judicial identification of traumatic brain injury.
