视盘RNFL检查在法医学客观视野评估中的价值

摘　　要：视网膜神经纤维层(RNFL)厚度检查是研究视网膜结构的一个重要的形态学检查指标,光学相干断层扫描(OCT)可以实现对其的客观、准确的测量。大量的临床研究表明:疾病或外伤状态下的视野缺损与RNFL厚度有较高相关性,二者呈直线回归关系。而针对法医学应用的研究甚少。本文对RNFL厚度检查手段的客观性、RNFL厚度与视野缺损的相关性,以及RNFL厚度的法医学应用价值等进行综述,以期为法医学解决客观视野评定问题提供新的手段和视角。The thickness of retinal nerve fiber layer is an important morphological index to study about retinal structure. The Optical Coherence Tomography（ OCT） has already been successfully applied for the objective,accurate measurement of the retinal nerve fiber layer（ RNFL）. A large number of clinical studies have shown a high correlation and a linear relationship visual field defect and RNFL in disease state. But little is known about its application in forensic medicine. In order to provide a new perspective to solve problems in permetry in forensic medicine,the objectivity of this method,the correlation between RNFL thickness and visual field defect,and the forensic value of RNFL are summarized in this review.
