摘 要:本文研究了银行市场力量对不同类型银行经营模式调整的影响。银行经营模式主要通过非利息业务衡量。而对我国而言,非利息业务主要为手续费及佣金业务。本文通过分析手续费及佣金业务的特点及性质,认为银行市场力量对不同类型银行的经营存在差异性的影响。我国112家商业银行2003~2013年度非平衡面板数据的实证结果支持了我们对银行市场力量和经营模式调整的分析。实证结果表明:总体而言,银行市场力量与手续费及佣金业务存在显著负相关关系。分组检验表明,市场力量与国有银行和股份制银行的手续费及佣金业务存在负相关关系;市场力量与城市商业银行以及农村商业银行手续费及佣金业务存在正相关关系。This paper study the effects of banking market power on different bank' s business model transformation. Mainly non-interest businesses measure the bank businesses model. In China, the main businesses of the non-interest businesses are fee and commission businesses. We analyze the characteristics of the fee and commission businesses and argue that banking mar- ket power have different effects on different types of banks. Using the unbalanced panel data of China's 112 Commercial banks in 2003 to 2013, the empirical results support our analysis about the banking market power and business model transformation. The empirical results show that: Overall, the bank and fee and commission businesses have significantly negative correlation. In state-owned banks and joint-equity banks, there is a negative relationship between the Banking market power and fee and commission businesses. In China's city commercial banks and rural commercial banks; there is a positive correlation between the both.
