摘　　要：针刺治疗心律失常有实验室依据。星状神经节由颈下神经节与T1神经节合并而成,呈梭形或星状。心脏的交感神经支配为双侧性,主要为颈中神经节支配,星状神经节的传出纤维主要止于窦房结及心房。星状神经节埋线常用于心绞痛、心肌梗死以及窦性心动过速、心脏神经官能症等心律失常的治疗,往往会取得意想不到的的疗效。Acupuncture had evidence in the treatment of arrhythmia. The stellate ganglion is formed by the combination of the inferior cervical ganglion and the T1 ganglion in a fusiform or stellate. Cardiac sympathetic innervations are bilateral, and are mainly under the control of middle cervical ganglion. The efferent fibers stellate ganglion is mainly limited to the sinoatrial node and atrial. The efferent fibers stellate ganglionmainly end in the sinoatrial node and the atrium. The acupoint embedding thread in stellate ganglion can be used in curing the angina pectoris, myocardial infarction, and sinus tachycardia.We can obtain good effect.
