摘　　要：目的观察腰椎多方位整脊手法治疗腰椎间盘突出症患者的临床效果。方法将60例患者随机分为2组。治疗组30例以腰椎多方位整脊手法治疗,对照组30例以腰部常规推拿治疗。观察治疗前后患者VAS评分及JOA评分的改变。结果经过2周治疗后,治疗组VAS评分及JOA评分均较对照组有差异(P<0.05)。结论腰椎多方位整脊手法比常规推拿治疗疗效更优,值得临床推广。Objective To observe the clinical effects of multi-faceted chiropractic manipulation in treating lumbar lumbar disc herniation.Methods 60 patients were randomly divided into two groups. 30 cases of the treatment group received lumbar multi-faceted chiropractic manipulation therapy. 30 cases of the control group received conventional waist massage therapy. Before and after treatment, VAS score and JOA score changes were observed. Results After two weeks’ treatment, VAS score and JOA scores had difference between the treatment group and the control group（P 〈0.05）. Conclusion The effect of lumbar multi-faceted chiropractic manipulation is superior to conventional massage therapy, and is worthy of promotion.
