摘　　要：中药导入疗法已成为中医治疗的重要手段,本文介绍了中药离子导入疗法的原理、特点及其影响因素,通过查阅大量文献分析了中药离子导入疗法在骨科、内科、妇科及眼科等方面的临床应用情况,应用情况表明中药离子导入疗法将中药、经络穴位与离子导入有机融合,使药物直接进入病灶,保证了治疗效果,而且中药离子导入疗法实用性强,疗效确切,具有良好的推广应用前景。Chinese herbal medicine iontophoresis therapy has become an important means of treatment of traditional Chinese medicine.This paper introduced the principle and characteristics of Chinese herbal medicine iontophoresis therapy and its influencing factors. Chi-nese erbal medicine iontophoresis therapy was analyzed through consulting lots of literatures in orthopaedics, internal medicine, and gyne-cology and ophthalmology clinical application. Application showed that Chinese herbal medicine iontophoresis therapy took the traditional Chinese medicine, meridian acupoints and iontophoresis together, made the drug directly into the lesions, ensured the treatment effect, and Chinese herbal medicine iontophoresis therapy was practical, effective, and had a good prospect of popularization and application.
