摘  要:目的探讨补阳还五汤对大鼠脊髓损伤(SCI)后血清中髓鞘碱性蛋白(MBP)含量的影响。方法将45只大鼠随机分为模型组、补阳还五汤(BYHWT)组、假手术组(n=15);假手术组单纯咬除T10椎板,不损伤脊髓,模型组及BYHWT组均采用Allen’s垂直打击法来制备T10节段SCI大鼠模型,术后第1天,BYHWT组开始给予BYHWT浓缩液灌胃,于造模后3 d、7 d、14 d行大鼠后下肢BBB评分并用腹主动脉采血法取血提取大鼠血清,通过Elisa法检测各组血清中MBP蛋白含量情况。结果 BYHWT治疗后,血清中MBP含量较模型组明显下降,BBB评分较模型组模型升高。结论 BYHWT能减少SCI后MBP释放,减少SCI血清中MBP蛋白含量,从而减轻髓鞘组织的退变促进神经功能恢复。Objective To investigate the effect of Buying Huanwu decoction(BYHWT) on MBP protein content in serum of rats after acute spinal cord injury. Methods 45 rats were randomly divided into model group, BYHWT group, the sham group(n = 15). The sham group was bit T10 laminectomy, without spinal cord injury. The model group and BYHWT groups were prepared T10 segment SCI rats by Allen’s vertical combat. On the first day after the operation, BYHWT group was diven gavage with BYHWT. Upon modeling 3d, 7d and14 d, Rats’ behavior were scored by BBB score, the serum of rats were taken by abdominal aortic blood, the content of MBP in serum were detect by Elisa. Results After BYHWT treatment, the serum MBP content was significantly lower than that of the model group, and the BBB score was higher than that of the model group. Conclusion BYHWT can reduce the release of MBP after SCI and the content of MBP in serum, thereby reduce the degeneration of myelin tissue and promote the recovery of nerve function.
