交通心肾法治疗月经后期临床研究

摘　　要：目的本课题研究以王九一教授运用补心汤加减治疗心肾不交型月经后期的临床疗效为入手点,阐释王教授的中医妇科理论系统,总结其中医理法方药及辨证思维特点,并总结、归纳、分析、整理形成名老中医临证经验、学术思想及医案。期望能为有效地诊治中医妇科疾病提供更多借鉴和新的思路;方法临床选取200例辨证符合阴血不足,心肾不交证的月经后期患者,随机分为中医治疗组、西医治疗组,分别给与加减补心汤、西药人工周期治疗。通过对两种治疗方法的临床疗效进行统计分析,采用t检验和卡方检验。结果中医治疗组(加减补心汤)治疗月经后期病有很好的临床疗效,总有效率不弱于西医治疗组,而且对全身症状的缓解明显优于西医治疗组。结论月经的调节功能主要靠心、肾、子宫协同作用完成的,辅以冲任的经脉调节和肝脾气血的协调作用共同完成。心肾相交则月经正常;反之,心肾不交,则月经后期甚至闭经。Objective The clinical curative effect of this re search by Professor Wang Jiuyi using restoring normal coordination between heart and kidney method in the treatment of late menstrual disease as the starting point, we interpreted gynecology of traditional Chinese medicine theory system of Professor Wang, and sumarrized the characteristics of TCM and syndrome differentiation, and hope to provide more reference and new ideas for the effective diagnosis and treatment of gynecological diseases in TCM. Methods Selecting 200 cases of patients with post-menstrual disease of deficiency of yin and blood and disharmony between heart and kidney, they were randomly divided into Chinese medicine treatment group and Western medicine treatment group. The Chinese medicine treatment group was given modified Buxin decoction. The Western medicine treatment group was given Western medicine artificial cycle treatment. The clinical curative effect of two kinds of treatment methods were statistically analyzed, and the t test and chi square test were used. Results The clinical curative effect of the Chinese medicine treatment group in the treatment of post-menstrual disease（ modified Buxin decoction） was not weaker than that of the Western medicine treatment group, and the systemic symptoms ease of the Chinese medicine treatment group was obvious-ly superior to Western medicine treatment group. Conclusion Menstruation regulating function mainly relied on heart, kidney and uterus synergy, assisted with the coordinating role of regulating supplemented by Chong and Ren meridians and liver and spleen qi. The menstru-ation is normal when harmony between heart and kidney, on the other hand, there arise amenorrhea at the late stage of menstrual.
