活血灵方治疗胸腰椎术后非感染性发热65例

摘　　要：目的活血灵为洛阳正骨传统方药,观察其治疗胸腰椎术后非感染性发热(气虚血瘀型)的临床疗效。方法 127例符合纳入标准的患者随机分为两组,治疗组65例,对照组62例,治疗组在骨科术后西医常规治疗方案的基础上,给予活血灵方加味口服,2次/d,连服7 d;对照组给予骨科术后西医常规治疗,不使用中药。治疗后观察2组患者体温波动幅度、发热持续时间及气虚血瘀发热中医证候症状、体征观察评分改善情况。结果治疗组患者体温波动幅度明显小于对照组;发热持续时间明显短于对照组,总有效率治疗组为81.53%,对照组为59.67%,治疗组优于对照组。结论活血灵加味治疗胸腰椎术后非感染性发热安全有效,值得推广应用。Objective Huoxueling is a traditional recipe of Luoyang Orthopaedic. To observe the clinical efficacy of Huoxueling in the treatment of postoperative non-infectious fever of thoracic and lumbar（blood stasis due to qi deficiency）. Methods 127 cases of patients with postoperative non-infectious fever were randomly divided into treatment group of 65 cases and control group of 62 cases. The two groups were all given conventional treatment options of orthopedic operation. The treatment group was also given modified Huoxueling for one week and twice a day. The temperature fluctuations, duration of fever and the improvement of clinical evaluation index of TCM Syn-drome after treatment were observed. Results After treatment, the temperature fluctuations and duration of fever of the treatment group was significantly less than those of the control group（ P〈0.05）. The effectie rate of the treatment group was 81.53% which was higher than that of 59.67% of the control group. Conclusion It is safe and effective of modified Huoxueling in the treatment of postoperative non-infectious fever of thoracic and lumbar, and is worthy of popularization and application.
