摘　　要：目的观察加味麻黄连翘赤小豆汤治疗湿热夹风型咳嗽变异性哮喘(CVA)的临床研究。方法将60例患者随机分为两组,治疗组30例,口服加味麻黄连翘赤小豆汤;对照组30例,予沙美特罗替卡松吸入剂,2周后观察两组疗效、症状。结果治疗组的总有效率与对照组相当;治疗组治疗后咳嗽程度、咳嗽次数、气急与对照组比较相当,但治疗组在咳痰、咽痒、口粘腻方面疗效优于对照组。结论加味麻黄连翘赤小豆汤是治疗湿热夹风型CVA有效方剂。Objective To observe the clinical effect of modified Mahuang Lianqiao Chixiaodou decoction in treating cough variant asthma of dampness-heat with wind. Methods 60 cases of patients with cough variant asthma were randomly divided into two groups. 30 cases in the control group were treated with Western medicine（Salmeterol Xinafoate and Fluticasone Propionate Powder for Inhalation）, and the treatment group took orally modified Mahuang Lianqiao Chixiaodou decoction. Symptoms of all patients were observed after two weeks.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was similar to the control group. After treatment, the degree of cough, shortness of breath and cough times were similar to the control group. But the sputum, throat itching and mouth sticky effects were superior to the control group. Conclusion The modified Mahuang Lianqiao Chixiaodou decoction is effective prescriptions in the treatment of cough variant asthma with dampness-heat with wind.
