复方桐叶烧伤油与硝酸银软膏治疗褥疮25例

摘　　要：目的研究总结复方桐叶烧伤油与硝酸银软膏治疗褥疮的疗效,为临床提供可参考依据。方法纳入我院2014年1月—2015年1月褥疮患者50例,为研究对象。分为联用药组和对照组,每组25例。对照组给予单纯复方桐叶烧伤油干预,联用药组给予复方桐叶烧伤油与硝酸银软膏干预。对比两组疗效、住院时间和患者情绪状态。结果联用药组患者平均住院时间比对照组显著缩短(P<0.05);联用药组患者疗效显著高于对照组(P<0.05);联用药组患者情绪状态比对照组良好(P<0.05)。结论复方桐叶烧伤油与硝酸银软膏治疗褥疮的疗效显著,跟单纯用药对比,两者联用能够促进褥疮的消失,缩短住院时间,改善褥疮患者不良情绪状态,值得推广。Objective To study the therapeutic effect of compound Tongye burn oil and silver nitrate ointment in the treatment of bedsore,and provide the reference basis for clinical practice. Methods 50 cases of patients with bedsore in our hospital from January 2014 to January 2015 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into the treatment group and control group, and each group had 25 cases. The control group was given compound Tongye burn oil intervention. The treatment group was given compound Tongye burn oil and silver nitrate ointment intervention. The curative effect, hospitalization and patients ’ emotional state were compared. Results The average hospitalization of the treatment group was significantly shorter than that of the control group,（ P 〈 0.05）. The curative effect of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group（ P 〈 0.05）. The emotional state of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group（ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The compound Tongye burn oil and silver nitrate ointment in the treatment of bedsore had good curative effect, and can promote the disappearance of the bedsore, shorten hospitalization time, improve bad emotional state. It is worthy of promotion.
