中药脐敷联合坦索罗辛治疗Ⅲ型前列腺炎疗效评价

摘　　要：目的评价中药脐敷联合坦索罗辛治疗Ⅲ型前列腺炎的临床疗效。方法将126例中、重度Ⅲ型前列腺炎患者随机分A、B、C三组,采用随机、对照研究,各组42人。A组口服坦索罗辛缓释胶囊0.2 mg,睡前1次;B组:中药脐敷,1次/d。C组:口服坦索罗辛缓释胶囊0.2 mg,睡前1次;中药脐敷,1次/d。各组治疗时间均为1个月。采用临床疗效、前列腺液WBC和卵磷脂小体计数、NIH-CPSI症状评分及尿流率变化对3组疗效进行评价。结果 A组有效率为59.5%、B组有效率为64.3%、C组有效率为88.1%;C组前列腺液WBC和卵磷脂小体计数、N IH-CPSI症状评分及尿流率变化治疗前后有非常显著差异(P<0.01);A、B组治疗前后的WBC和卵磷脂小体计数有显著性差异(P<0.05);C组NIH-CPSI症状评分及尿流率变化与A、B组比较有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论中药脐敷联合坦索罗辛能有效缓解Ⅲ型前列腺炎疼痛与及排尿不适等症状,改善患者生活质量,值得临床中推广应用。Objective To investigate the clinical therapeutic effect of umbilical compress combined with tamsulosin in the treatment of prostratitis of type Ⅲ. Methods 126 cases of patients with moderate or severe prostratitis of typeⅢwere randomly divided into A group, B group and C group. A group took orally 0.2 mg Tamsulosin Hydrochloride Sustained Release capsules, once before sleep. B group was given umbilical compress, once a day. C group took orally 0.2 mg Tamsulosin Hydrochloride Sustained Release capsule, once before sleep,and was given umbilical compress, once a day. The treament for all the groups lasted for a month. The clinical therapeutic effect was evaluated by comparing WBC, lecithin body content of EPS, NIH chronic prostratitis symptom index（NIH-CPSI） scores and the uronary flow rate of the three groups after treatment. Results The total effective rate of the A group, the B group and the C group was 59.5%,64.3% and 88.1%, respectively. The WBC, lecithin body content of EPS,（NIH-CPSI） scores and the uronary flow rate of the C group was significantly better than those before treatment（P 〈 0.01）. The WBC and lecithin body content of EPS of the A and B group were significantly better than those before treatment（ P 〈 0.05）. The（ NIH-CPSI） scores and the uronary flow rate of the C group were significantly better than those of the A and B group（ P 〈 0.01）. Conclusion The umbilical compress combined with tamsulosin can effectively relieve pain and disomfort during urination, and improve quality of life. It is worthy of clinical application.
