摘  要:目的探索中国传统康复治疗方法头针结合E-LINK上肢评估训练系统在脑卒中偏瘫患者康复中手功能的疗效。方法将60例脑卒中偏瘫患者随机分为治疗组和对照组进行研究。在治疗过程中,治疗组采用头针结合E-LINK上肢评估训练系统进行手功能训练,对照组只运用E-LINK上肢评估训练系统进行手功能训练,两组治疗前后均采用Fugl-Meyer运动量表评估患侧上肢及手的运动功能,采用表面肌电信号(s EMG)评估肱二头肌、肱三头肌、旋前圆肌及的肌力。结果治疗组与对照组治疗前后肱二头肌、肱三头肌、旋前圆肌的肌力均无显著性差异(P>0.05),治疗组与对照组治疗前后上肢及手功能的运动功能及表面肌电图评估均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论头针结合E-LINK上肢评估训练系统的康复治疗方法对脑卒中偏瘫患者康复优于只进行E-LINK上肢评估训练系统单一的训练方法。Objective To explore the effect of traditional Chinese scalp acupuncture combined with E-LINK system on hand function of hemiplegic patients after stroke. Methods 60 cases of patients with hemiplegia after stroke were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. During the treatment, the treatment group was treated with traditional Chinese scalp acupuncture combined with E-LINK system for hand function training. The control group was only treated with E-LINK system method. Before and after treatment, FuglMeyer motor assessment(FMA) was used to assess the motor function of upper limbs and hand in affected side; the surface electromyog-raphy(s EMG) was used to assess muscle strength of the biceps and triceps and round pronator muscle. Results The muscle tension and muscle strength of biceps.triceps and round pronator muscle of the two groups had no significant difference before and after treatment(P〉0.05). While the motor function of upper limbs and hand of the two groups had significant difference( P〈0.05). Conclusion The effect of scalp acupuncture combined with E-LINK system on hand function of hemiplegic patients after stroke were better than those of single E-LINK system method.
