康复新液联合胰岛素外敷在糖尿病足中的应用及护理

摘　　要：目的观察康复新液联合胰岛素外敷在糖尿病足中的应用效果及护理措施。方法选择2013年1月—2015年2月收治的糖尿病足患者78例为临床研究对象,随机分为常规处理组和药液联合外敷组,每组39例。其中常规处理组用常规糖尿病足护理方法,药液联合外敷组在常规护理干预同时给予康复新液联合胰岛素外敷干预,对比两组糖尿病足疗效、溃疡愈合时间、护理满意度。结果经干预,药液联合外敷组患者的治疗总有效率明显高于常规处理组,P<0.05。药液联合外敷组患者溃疡愈合时间明显少于常规处理组,P<0.05。药液联合外敷组患者的护理满意度明显高于常规处理组,P<0.05。结论康复新液联合胰岛素外敷在糖尿病足中的应用效果良好,其有利于促进患者溃疡愈合,缩短愈合时间,且对提高疗效和患者满意度均有明显优势,值得在临床中推广和应用。Objective to observe the recovery of new liquid join t insulin topical application effect and nursing measures in the diabetic foot. Methods January 2013- February 2013, our hospital 78 cases of diabetic foot patients for clinical research object, were randomly divided into treatment group and the conventional liquid joint topical group, 39 cases in each group. The conventional treatment group with conventional diabetic foot care method, liquid medicine combined external treatment group in the conventional nursing intervention while giving new recovery liquid insulin external intervention, compared two groups of diabetic foot efficacy, ulcer healing time, nursing satisfaction. Results after the intervention, liquid medicine combined external treatment group total effective rate of patients was obviously higher than that of the conventional treatment group, P 〈 0.05）. Liquid medicine combined external treatment group of patients with ulcer healing time is less than the conventional treatment group, P 〈 0.05. Liquid medicine combined external treatment and nursing satisfaction of patients was obviously higher than that of conventional treatment group, P 〈 0.05. Conclusion the new rehabilitation fluid joint insulin topical application in the diabetic foot effect is good, it is beneficial to promote ulcer healing,shorten the healing time, and to improve the curative effect and satisfaction of patients have obvious advantages, is worth popularization and application in clinical.
