中医药姑息治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的应用

摘　　要：近年来以放、化疗和靶向治疗为代表的西医姑息治疗进展较快,但晚期非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)患者仍面临着高死亡率、低生存率的挑战。而中医药在晚期肺癌的姑息治疗中已积累了丰富的经验,并在缓解症状、减轻副作用等方面彰显优势,对其进行综述,以期进一步阐明中医药在晚期NSCLC姑息治疗中的作用。In recent years, with radiotherapy, chemotherapy and targeted therapies as a representative of Western palliative treatment progress more quickly, but patients with advanced NSCLC is still faced with challenges of high mortality rates and low survival rate. Chinese medicine in the palliative treatment of advanced lung cancer has accumulated a wealth of experience and highlighted strengths in many aspects such as relieving symptoms and reducing side effects. To be reviewed, with a view to further clarifying the role of traditional Chinese medicine in the palliative treatment of advanced NSCLC.
