中医药护理自体动静脉内瘘的研究进展

摘　　要：自体动静脉内瘘是维持性血液透析患者的生命线,妥善保护血管通路,延长内瘘使用时限,是血液透析护理的重要内容。中医中药因其"简、便、廉、验"的总体特色,在自体动静脉内瘘护理中得到了广泛的研究和应用,取得了不少成果。本文对这些成果进行了梳理,内容涉及相关传统中医技术及中药应用的功效、方法、疗程、注意事项等,以期为该领域的进一步研究和应用提供参考。Autogenous arteriovenous fistula is the lifeline of maintenance hemodialysis patients, and is an important content of hemodialysis nursing, which properly protects vascular access, extends the time limit for AVF. Since general characteristics of ＂simple, convenient,cheap and effective＂, traditional Chinese medicine has been widely researched and applied within the autogenous arteriovenous fistula in nursing, and obtained a lot of progress. This paper generalized the overview of these results, and the content involved the related technology and application of efficacy, methods, courses and matters needing attention of TCM, so as to provide reference for further research and application of the field.
