摘　　要：本研究旨在为全国各地区鼓励社会办中医的政策制定提供参考借鉴和经验分享。基于文献分析法对温州市社会办中医政策的回顾与分析。完成了对2009年新医改以来温州市鼓励社会办中医的相关政策的回顾,系统地梳理了温州市社会办中医现行政策要点,并从政策的创新性、适应性对温州市现行社会办中医政策进行分析,提出政策建议。The purpose of this study is to provide reference and share experience for the development of the policy making of Social Capital Running Healthcare Providers of TCM throughout the country. We reviewed and analyzed policies of Wenzhou Social Capital Running Healthcare Providers of TCM based on the literature analysis. We completed the review of related policy of Wenzhou since the new healthcare reform since 2009, and systematically sorted out the current policy points of Wenzhou city. Besides, we analyzed the cur-rent Wenzhou Social Capital Running Healthcare Providers of TCM from the innovation and adaptability of the policy, and put forward policy recommendations.
