摘  要:针对现阶段高铁牵引电机用电压互感器在低频段运行时易产生铁芯电磁饱和现状,提出应用有限元法对电压互感器的电磁结构进行设计。应用有限元分析软件Ansoft建立牵引电机用电压互感器的有限元分析的几何模型,并且对电压互感器的铁芯磁场分布情况进行仿真分析。仿真结果表明该方案有效地抑制电磁饱和并降低了漏磁,同时铁芯阶梯接缝处理之后的电压互感器磁场分布更加合理,线圈中磁场的增强也有助于进一步减小铁芯的体积。最终即提高了电压互感器的性能,也使高速铁路列车车辆轻量化。In this stage, high-speed rail traction for a converter voltage transformer at runtime is easy to produce low frequency electromagnetic core saturation current situation presented finite element method to optimize the design of the electromagnetic structure of the voltage transformer design. Finite element analysis software Ansoft establishes traction geometry voltage transformer Used FEM analysis, and distribution of the magnetic core voltage transformer simulation analysis. The simulation results show that the schemes effectively suppress electromagnetic saturation and reduce magnetic flux leakage, while optimizing the voltage transformer magnetic core after the distribution is more reasonable, and enhance the magnetic field coils also help to further reduce the volume of the core. That increases the voltage transformer final performance, but also the high-speed trains lightweight vehicles.
