摘  要:概述了近年来国内外天然类高分子材料、合成类高分子材料、颗粒类材料3类主要油井水泥降失水剂的应用情况和研究现状,从作用机理角度出发分析了目前油井水泥降失水剂存在的不足和今后研究发展趋势。指出目前合成类降失水剂在复杂地质环境中、高温条件下性能下降明显,颗粒类普遍存在稳定性不好、与其他外加剂配伍性差,降失水剂作用机理的相关研究偏少等问题。现用降失水剂的合成选用单体大部分为有毒物质,生物降解性能差,在各国对环境保护力度加大的大背景下,开发环境友好型降失水剂是大势所趋。The application and current research status of three main kinds of fluid loss reducers at home and abroad, including natural polymer materials, synthetic polymer materials and granular materials, are overviewed. The drawbacks of the fluid loss reducers for oil well cement at present and the development trends of fluid loss reducers in the future are analyzed from the mechanism point of view. The obvious performance decrease can be observed for the current synthetic fluid loss reducers under complex geological environments and high temperature conditions. In contrast, most of granular materials have poor stability, incompatible with other additives and too little research on the related fluid loss mechanism. However, most of the monomers used for preparation of synthetic polymer fluid loss reducers are toxic and have bad biodegradability. Therefore, environment-friendly fluid loss reducer will become the development trend in the future under the globally intensified environment protection conditions.
